SHIPPING & PROCESSING
- Delivery - $12 delivery fee per order (Edmond/N. OKC). Outside this area? Contact us to discuss options!

- We ship cookies throughout the continental US via USPS Priority Mail (Generally 1 – 2 day arrival based on location). Overnight shipping is an additional cost.
- We ship nationwide Monday – Wednesday.
- Orders placed after our weekly cutoff (Tuesdays at Noon CST) will not ship out until the following week. We do this to ensure your cookies won’t end up spending the weekend in the back room of a post office somewhere. Your cookies want to spend the weekend with you!
- We fulfill all orders in the order in which they are received.
- The holiday season (typically November / December) may result in longer processing times from the shipping carrier.
- Cookies are wrapped in Mylar and snuggly packaged to ensure quality of the cookies during transit.
- If you are unable to enjoy immediately (or if you’d like to have a delicious supply of cookies in the freezer to break out for special occasions) freeze upon arrival for up to 3 months (12 weeks).
- To enjoy cookies from the freezer, please allow 30 minutes to thaw.
- Our cookies are made with all natural (preservative-free) ingredients, so we suggest you enjoy (or freeze) them within two days of arrival if possible.
All sales are final for all online orders. We do not offer money back returns for orders unless your order is missing cookies and/or your order was incorrectly packaged by our team.
We are not responsible for shipping mishaps that happen en route by our shipping partner (USPS) which can include but are not limited to, delays in packages, lost or stolen packages, damaged products, and/or crumbled cookies. Once the package leaves our facility, we no longer have control of your package.
We will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your cookies.
- Please provide a photo and description of your issue and we will make every effort to improve your experience.
*All claims sent after the 24-hour window or submitted without proper documentation will not be eligible for re-ship.
In the event you are not satisfied with your order and request a new batch of cookies, we will not be responsible for shipping charges associated with your order.
